Have you tried char mee, char tam tam ? 😄
Wanted to have the beef wtm but it was closed. So we had char mee (fried yellow noodle) char tam tam, which means fry it wet or with gravy. I think only the older generation of Penang lang knows about this off-the-menu dish that you can order from most char koay teow stalls 😄. It looks like Hokkien char, but retains the CKT taste of wok hei. It's really good, something different from the same old CKT 😄
