They are using a recipe that has been passed down from the previous generation which have been more than 50 years. It is a simple bowl of Hakka Mee, but it does taste good. I’m not sure if it is difficult to find Hakka Mee in Penang, but this stall is by far my favourite choice. If any Penang Lang knows any other good Hakka Mee, please share it with me. Besides Hakka noodle, they also serve some simple yong tau foo.
