One of the best fu kui mee. Was here while the friendly uncle was still setting up the stall. The soup was already so flavourful even that early in the morning. Love the generous toppings of shredded egg and Chinese coriander. The sambal, which is crucial for a good fu kui mee, is to die for. It looks like hand pounded thus perfectly coarse. The uncle is so generous with it that I feel bad for not finishing it up😅 A very soothing and satisfying plate of breakfast makes a happy morning 😊
