This fried oyster is quite different from all other stalls’s. The starch, egg and oysters are very well combined and separated into small pieces. You can’t tell them apart. To me, this is the best fried oyster. The taste is very unique due to the special chilli chucks added when frying dish. Their slightly sourish chilli sauce rounds up the taste perfectly. Expect a long queue though especially during the weekends and holidays.
