Taiwan lor bak mee with superb chilli garlic sauce. The braised pork belly noodle was absolute delicious. The melt-in-your-mouth pork belly was very flavourful, enough to power the whole bowl of noodle, but not overly sweet or salty. The chilli garlic sauce totally brings it to the next level. It is so garlicky and umami but not overly spicy and salty. I'll be more than happy with just the bowl of noodle and the chilli garlic sauce 😄
