Delicious bowl of hee kiow mee. Most people come here for the wtm. I prefer the hee kiao mee or fish cake noodle, which is a very Melaka thing and is available at every corner. The hee kiao mee here is whitish, which is my favourite version. It might look plain, but it's full of umami from the fried shallot, pork lard and the Melaka-only chilli sauce. A nice warm bowl of fishball soup and pickled green chilli complete the meal 😋
